Sandy's Pub displays local history and serves pub fare, draft beers, and desserts; during pro football season, it features specials on wings and beers during games. Cascades features a breakfast buffet with regional items, a Bloody Mary bar, mimosas, fresh juices, and coffee drinks. Iron Road Noodle House, located near the chair lift, serves Asian-inspired cuisine with lunch and dinner options. Bearshine Cafe provides gourmet coffee, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Everline Resort & Spa offers activities, including ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, a championship golf course, and year-round activities. There are guided fly-fishing trips on private ponds and the Truckee River. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and ice skating. The Spa at Squaw Creek features treatment rooms, memory foam treatment beds, a spa sanctuary, a boutique, fitness center, steam and sauna rooms, locker rooms, year-round heated swimming pools, and a jacuzzi.
